Products and safe use

TinkerTime kits combine physical materials with access to digital PlayBooks. Product descriptions, intended age ranges and included materials appear on the relevant product pages. Children should follow the stated age guidance. Younger children or activities involving small parts or tools require appropriate adult supervision. Some projects may require common household items or basic tools.

Orders and payments

Prices and available payment methods appear at checkout. Please check the product, quantity and delivery information before paying. An order may be declined or refunded if it cannot be fulfilled because of unavailable stock, a payment issue or an incorrect listing. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Shipping, returns and order issues

We currently ship only within India. Customers must provide complete and accurate contact and delivery information. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Exchanges and requests concerning missing, damaged or incorrect items are reviewed individually under our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

Digital PlayBooks and content

The passcode supplied with a kit provides access to its associated PlayBooks. Access requires an internet connection and a compatible device; a laptop or desktop is recommended. Passcodes and PlayBook content are intended for the purchaser or intended recipient only. TinkerTime content may not be copied, sold, republished or commercially distributed without permission. 

Applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts and consumer authorities.
