Shipping rates and locations

TinkerTime currently ships within India only. For orders below Rs.1500, a flat rate of Rs.150 is charged per order. Shipping is free for orders above Rs.1500. International shipping is not available at this time.

Estimated delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. This is an estimate, and delivery time may vary depending on the destination and circumstances affecting the delivery service.

Delivery information

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and other requested information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect delivery. Where tracking information is available, it may be sent using the contact details supplied with the order.

Delivery issues

If an order is missing, damaged or otherwise affected during delivery, send an email to  support@tinkermills.com with:

• Your name and order number.
• A clear description of the issue.
• Relevant photographs.
• An unboxing video, if available.
• Any other relevant supporting information.

Supporting evidence helps us review the issue. Each request is considered individually and does not automatically qualify for an exchange, replacement or refund. Please also read our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
